Airport: Nashville (BNA)

Because the airport is 1 hour and 30 minutes form the festival, we only offer one pick up and drop off time for participants. If participants choose to book flights outside of the pick up or drop-off window, participants will be responsible for getting to Bach at the Rock by the 16th of June. Flight delays and cancellations will be honored.

2023 Pick Up: Friday, June 14, 2024 at 5:00 pm

2023 Drop Off: Sunday, June 23, 2024 at 8:00 am

Driving: If you choose to drive to Bach at the Rock, please plan to arrive anytime between 5:00 pm - 7:30 pm Friday, June 14, 2024.

Tuition: $1,000.00 USD

$500.00 USD Due February 1st, 2024

$500.00 USD Due May 1st, 2024

Late payments will result in a $50.00 non-refundable late fee unless applicant has reached out to Bach at the Rock with an explanation.

If applicants want to pay in full ($1,000.00 USD), payments are due by February 1, 2023.
